Leslie Entsuah, born in Ghana and raised in Pickerington, Ohio, is a 5th year student at The Ohio State University studying Neuroscience with a minor in History. After graduating, she plans to pursue a career in medicine. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys playing rugby, baking, and spending time in church. Her passions include healthcare access and research, specifically related to global health initiatives. Her desire to work in medicine stems from her upbringing, especially seeing how other members of her family who worked in healthcare were able to directly make a difference in people’s lives. Leslie’s ultimate goal is to become a physician and improve healthcare access in rural and underserved communities, both locally and globally.
