Policy Explained
Mission: Policy Explained aims to equip Black people, across generations, with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate legislative processes, advocate for issues important to them, and create strategies to implement positive changes in their communities. Employing an intersectional approach to educational discussions and analyses, we strive to increase awareness and improve health outcomes in the Black community.
Purpose: By providing a platform to facilitate a better understanding of the policymaking process and how policy impacts health outcomes in the Black community, we seek to inspire a new generation of advocates and leaders committed to promoting health and well-being for all.
