About
Southeast Healthcare, a comprehensive provider of community mental health, primary care, dental, alcohol and drug, vocational, housing and homeless services, began its operations in Franklin County (Columbus, Ohio) in 1978. Today, Southeast serves over 15,000 people in eight counties of Ohio. We are dedicated to providing affordable, quality programs and services, especially for people who need treatment and support to live healthier lives.
Southeast provides comprehensive primary and integrated behavioral healthcare services in Franklin County in central Ohio and Belmont, Harrison, Monroe, Tuscarawas, and Carroll counties in eastern Ohio. Southeast also provides employment services in Delaware County and housing, shelter, and residential programs for people with a variety of needs in Franklin County. Southeast provides primary care as a Federally Qualified Health Center in Franklin, Belmont and Harrison counties. Dental services and physical therapy services are provided in Franklin County as essential health components of our FQHC.
